Public vis\u00e9 et pr\u00e9requis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Managers, chefs de projet, cadres de la fonction publique ou du secteur priv\u00e9, consultants en organisation.<br \/>Pas de pr\u00e9requis acad\u00e9mique. Une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience de conduite de projet ou de management est recommand\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Dur\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 jours (14 heures) \u2013 format hybride possible avec temps de travail asynchrone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Modalit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e9quences en pr\u00e9sentiel ou visio, supports th\u00e9oriques vulgaris\u00e9s, analyse de cas r\u00e9els, mises en situation.<br \/>Plateforme en ligne avec ressources interactives et auto-diagnostics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Moyens techniques et supports utilis\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moodle, diaporamas, vid\u00e9os, outils d&rsquo;analyse collaboratifs, bibliographie et infographies th\u00e9matiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. D\u00e9lai d\u2019acc\u00e8s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15 jours ouvr\u00e9s maximum apr\u00e8s signature de la convention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
